Whole grains is the product from a plant that not go through the conversion process. The word "whole grains is mean the grains that have originally composition of grain". The benefit of whole grain has originally nutrition more than conversion grain. The example of whole grain is brown rice, barley, whole oats, millet, wheat berries, spelt, whole rye, and corn-on-the-cob.
