Organic / Bio Dried Figs

Dried fig can be eaten suddenly as a snack. But if you need the menu to cook with don't worry we have one for you!
Caramelized Vegetables with Figs and Pears
For 1 baking tray, enough for 4 portions
200 g/114 cup dried figs 4-5 shallots
200 g/242 cups white or brown mushrooms
5 carrots 3-4 pears, as hard as possible
1-2 level tbsp salt
5 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp white balsamic vinegar

Put the figs in boiling water for 1 minute. Then
Peel the carrots and cut into 4-cm/14-inch long pieces, cut these lengthways into 12-cm/1/s-inch thick strips and add to the prepared ingredients. Wash the pears, cut into quarters, remove the cores, cut into 2-cm/3/4-inch thick pieces and add to the fig and vegetable mixture.
Preheat the oven to 180°C/355°F.
Add the salt, olive oil and balsamic vinegar, mix everything well and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
