Paleo Cookies Athletes is made of Triticum dicoccum or emmer is one of the most ancient species of wheat in Greece. It is a cereal ideal for mild and sustainable agriculture, and it does not need fertilizers and pesticides, making it an excellent food while processing it gives high nutritional products. Emmer is one of the earliest cereal seeds since it has been cultivated in Greece since the Paleolithic period. Indeed, it is said that Alexander the Great was feeding his army only with the particular cereal.
