Laurel Oil is obtained from the leaves of laurel which also known as bay laurel leaf, sweet bay or grecian laurel through steam distillation. The oil comes in yellowish green to orange brown color liquid.
How to use: For normal to blemished skin, you can make face spray by mixing 1 teaspoon of aloe vera juice, 4 ounces of water, 2 drops of laurel oil and two drops of lavender oil. Keep it aside for 24 hours, then shake it again and strain it through coffee filter to remove any oil globules left.
For shower massage, mix a few drops of laurel oil with any carrier oil. Use this mixture to massage your armpits and knees. Laurel acts as a tonic. Massaging with oils while in shower can help them absorb into your pores.
