Use in soups, stews, salads, as a rice substitute, boiled and strained as a drink, or ground into flour for baking. A suggested serving is 1/4 to 1/2 cup (40-80g) daily.
Try in a cold salad with cherry tomatoes, cucumber, parsley and lemon juice, or as a porridge cooked in almond milk with a little honey. Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container and consume within a few days.
