Vegan Coconut Curry
1 tsp Olive Oil
4 Cloves garlic
1 tbsp ginger
1 Tomato, sliced
1 tbsp Cayenne
1 can Coconut Milk
1. Heat large pan to medium heat and add oil. Add onion, garlic, carrot.
2. Pour the coconut milk and add the tomato
3. Add the broccoli, mix well.
4. Add cayenne pepper, curry powder, salt and pepper.
5. Cook for 5-10 minutes
