How to use: mix 1 cup of quinoa and boil in 2 cups of water. Soak your quinoa for 1-2 hours before cooking to remove the slightly bitter taste. Cook your quinoa uncovered and when all the water has been absorbed, you can take off the heat, cover, and let steam for 5 minutes before serving. Our personal favorite way to cook quinoa is to mix 1 part water with 1 part vegetable broth to give the quinoa a rich and savory flavor.
