Thyme Oil is derived from a common herb and is generally used as a condiment called Thyme. The oil is extracted from its fresh flowers and leaves through steam distillation. Thyme oil comes in pale yellow to reddish yellow clear liquid.
How to use: For skin use, dilute 1 or 2 drops of thyme essential oil in 2 tablespoons of coconut oil. Moisturize your skin immediately after bath.
To detoxifies body, add 2 drops of thyme oil in water for a detox bath.
For repelling insects and bugs, apply diluted thyme oil in your skin or diffuse thyme oil in the room to repel mosquitoes.
