Turmeric Oil is derived from the turmeric root that is a perennial plant which springs in Asia. The oil is obtained by extracting it from the turmeric root through steam distillation.Turmeric oil comes in pale yellow to reddish-brown oily liquid.
How to use: For skin, mix 2 drops of tumeric oil in 3 tablespoon of olive oil. Store this mixture in a jar then massage it to your face every night.
For cracked heels, add few drops of tumeric oil in 2 tablespoon coconut oil or castor oil. Apply this mixture to your feet.
For teeth and oral health, add 1-2 drops of turmeric oil to the toothpaste on your toothbrush and brush for 1-2 minutes. Mix 2 cups of water and 5-6 drops of tumeric oil in a glass bottle then shake. Use it twice a day for a healthy and fresh mouth.
