Olive Oil can use in cooking for many ways such as stir fried, roasting and baking. Its really good for brain performance. Cure inflammation. And very very good for dietary. Also good for hair, skin and nails moisture.
Example menu for Organic / Bio Extra Virgin Cold Pressed Olive Oil
Basic Garlic Greens
1/2 pound kale, collards, or mustard greens
1 Tea spoon of Organic / Bio Extra Virgin Cold Pressed Olive Oil.
2 garlic doves, chopped
1 to 1 1/2 cups vegetable stock or water
pinch of sea salt
pinch of grated nutmeg
1. Cut the tough stems off the greens. Wash the leaves well and par dry
Pile up, then cur lengthwise and crosswise into bite-size pieces. 2. In a large saucepan, heat the oil gently, add the garlic, stir for a minute,
then add the greens and the stock. Push the greens under the liquid with a wooden spoon. Simmer, uncovered, for 15 to 20 minutes. Add the salt, grate a dusting of nutmeg over the greens, and stir for 2 minutes.
Makes about 4 servings.
