Bragg Liquid Aminos is a soy sauce and tamari alternative made from non-GMO soybeans and purified water, without added salt or preservatives. It contains essential and non-essential amino acids and is gluten free.
Lower in sodium than traditional soy sauce.
Use for seasoning, marinating or as a table condiment in stir-fries, soups, salads, or on vegetables. Works as a base for salad dressings mixed with olive oil, garlic and lemon juice, or as a marinade for tofu, tempeh or vegetables.
