Sanghuangporus sanghuang (Phellinus sanghuang), a rare mushroom that grows on mulberry wood, valued in Chinese herbal traditions for over 2,000 years. Naturally contains triterpenoids, flavonoids and amino acids. No artificial fertilizers, preservatives, bleaching or sulphur.

To use: use about 15g. For a decoction, rinse and boil in 500 to 750ml water for 30 minutes; chunks can be reboiled 2 to 3 times. For tea, steep 15g in boiling water for 30 minutes and drink 200 to 300ml daily. In powder form, use 3 to 5g daily steeped as tea. Can also be added to soups.
