Bay Laurel essential oil (Laurus nobilis), 10ml, extracted by steam distillation from the Mediterranean.
Vaporisation: add 5 to 10 drops to a diffuser or aroma burner.
Topical application (massage, bath): dilute 2 to 3 drops in 10ml of a carrier oil such as cold-pressed sesame, olive, jojoba, argan or coconut oil. Can be added to bath salts, shampoo, or a face or hair mask.
Caution: this is a concentrated product. Conduct a skin patch allergy test before first use. Do not apply undiluted to the skin, especially sensitive skin. Avoid use during pregnancy; if pregnant or nursing, seek individual advice before use. Avoid contact with eyes and other sensitive areas. Keep away from children and pets. For external use only, avoid direct sunlight.
