Galangal essential oil (Alpinia galanga), 10ml, extracted from the rhizome of the galangal plant. Spicy, earthy aroma.
Vaporisation: add 2 to 5 drops to a diffuser or aroma burner.
Topical application: dilute 2 to 5 drops in 10ml of a carrier oil such as cold-pressed sesame, olive, jojoba, argan or coconut oil. Can be added to bath salts or body lotion.
Caution: this is a concentrated product. Conduct a skin patch allergy test before first use. For external use only; do not apply undiluted to sensitive skin. Use responsibly during pregnancy and keep away from direct sunlight. If pregnant or nursing, seek individual advice before use. Avoid contact with eyes and other sensitive areas.
