Myrrh essential oil (Commiphora myrrha), 10ml, extracted from the resin of the myrrh tree. Warm, resinous aroma.
Vaporisation: add 5 to 10 drops to a diffuser or aroma burner.
Topical application: dilute 5 to 10 drops in 10ml of a carrier oil such as cold-pressed sesame, olive, jojoba, argan or coconut oil. Can be added to bath salts, skincare or oral care products.
Caution: this is a concentrated product. Conduct a skin patch allergy test before first use. The number of drops used depends on the user's age. For external use only; do not apply undiluted to sensitive skin. Use responsibly during pregnancy and keep away from direct sunlight. If pregnant or nursing, seek individual advice before use. Avoid contact with eyes and other sensitive areas. Keep away from children and pets.
