Organic/Bio Bikhma (Aconitum palmatum D.Don) is a root herb native to the Himalayan region of Nepal, traditionally used in Tibetan and Ayurvedic practice. Also known as Bikuma, Seto-Bikoma, Khuma, Bikhama, Crowfoot or Wakhma.
Ingredients: Bio-Organic Bikhma Root (Aconitum palmatum D.Don).
Preparation: use about 1 to 1.5g of crushed root. Steep in hot water for 5 to 7 minutes. Strain and drink 1 cup daily for up to 5 to 7 days only.
Important: do not exceed this amount. For short-term use only; do not use continuously or long term. Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women, children, or individuals with liver or heart conditions. Use under guidance. Do not reuse steeped root.
Contains alkaloids; use with care.
Storage: keep sealed in a cool, dry, dark place. Shelf life 18 to 24 months from packaging. Do not consume if expired.
