- Ingredients: organic ashwagandha, organic acerola cherry, organic passionflower, organic cinnamon, organic licorice, organic ginger, other organic herbs and spices.
Acerola cherry is rich in vitamin C.
Storage: store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep packaging tightly closed.
To prepare: bring fresh water to a boil, pour over one teabag, and steep for 5-7 minutes. Remove the teabag and add sweetener or milk if desired.
