Organic Anise Seed essential oil, steam-distilled from Pimpinella anisum seeds, native to the Mediterranean region. Aroma: sweet, licorice-like. Volume: 10ml.
- Vaporization: add 3 to 5 drops to a diffuser.
- Topical use: dilute 2 to 5 drops in 10ml of a carrier oil such as sesame, olive, jojoba, argan or coconut oil; can be added to bath salt, body lotion or mouthwash.
- Ingestion: 1 to 2 drops diluted in 200ml water, 30ml olive oil, a spoon of honey, or in a vegetable capsule. Used as a flavoring agent in sweets and liqueurs.
This is a concentrated product; the amount used should be adjusted for the user's age. Do not apply directly to skin, especially sensitive skin. Avoid use during pregnancy; if pregnant or nursing, seek individual advice before use. Conduct a skin patch allergy test before first use. For external use only, avoid direct sunlight.
