Organic Basil essential oil, steam-distilled from Ocimum basilicum, sourced from Southeast Asia. Aroma: fresh, herbaceous. Volume: 10ml.
- Vaporization: add 2 to 5 drops to a diffuser.
- Topical use: dilute 2 to 5 drops in 10ml of a carrier oil such as sesame, olive, jojoba, argan or coconut oil; can be added to bath salt.
- Ingestion: 1 to 2 drops diluted in 200ml water, 30ml olive oil, a spoonful of honey, or in a vegetable capsule. Can be added to smoothies and salad dressing.
This is a concentrated product; the amount used should be adjusted for the user's age. Do not apply directly to skin, especially sensitive skin.
