Organic Bergamot Essential Oil (Citrus bergamia) 10ml, cold-pressed from the peel of bergamot grown in Southern Italy.
Vaporisation: add 5 to 10 drops to a diffuser or aroma burner. Topical use: dilute 1 to 2 drops in 10ml of a carrier oil such as cold-pressed sesame, olive, jojoba, argan or coconut oil, or add to bath salts. Ingestion: 1 to 2 drops diluted in 200ml water, 30ml olive oil, a spoonful of honey or a vegetable capsule, or added to smoothies and salad dressings.
Caution: do not exceed the recommended dosage and carry out a skin patch test before first use. The number of drops used depends on the user's age. This product is concentrated and should not be applied directly to the skin, especially sensitive skin. Avoid use during pregnancy; if pregnant or nursing, seek individual advice before use. Avoid contact with eyes and other sensitive areas. Keep away from children and pets. This oil is photosensitizing; avoid sun exposure on treated skin for 12 hours after application. Some essential oils can interact with medication; consult a physician if you take any.
