Organic Oregano Oil (Origanum vulgare) is an essential oil extracted from oregano leaves, a product of Greece. It has a savory, earthy, spicy aroma.
Volume: 10ml.
- Vaporization: add 2 to 5 drops to a diffuser or aroma burner.
- Topical use: dilute 1 to 2 drops in 10ml of a carrier oil such as cold-pressed sesame, olive, jojoba, argan or coconut oil. Can be added to bath salt.
- Ingestion: 1 to 2 drops diluted in 200ml of water, 30ml of olive oil, a spoon of honey, or in a vegetable capsule. Can be added to smoothies and salad dressings.
This is a concentrated product for external use and must be diluted before topical application. Conduct a skin patch test before first use. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Avoid contact with eyes and other sensitive areas. Keep away from children and pets. Avoid use during pregnancy or while nursing. Shield from direct sunlight.
