Organic Thyme Essential Oil (Thymus vulgaris) 10ml, extracted from thyme leaves.
Vaporisation: add 5 to 10 drops to a diffuser or aroma burner. Topical use: dilute 5 to 10 drops in 10ml of a carrier oil such as cold-pressed sesame, olive, jojoba, argan or coconut oil, or add to bath salts, hair products or body lotion. Ingestion: 1 to 2 drops diluted in 200ml water, 30ml olive oil, a spoonful of honey or a vegetable capsule, or added to smoothies and salad dressings.
Caution: do not exceed the recommended dosage and carry out a skin patch test before first use. The number of drops used depends on the user's age. For external use only, do not apply directly to sensitive skin. Avoid use during pregnancy and if you have hypertension. Use responsibly and shield from direct sunlight. If pregnant or nursing, seek individual advice before use. Avoid contact with eyes and other sensitive areas. Keep away from children and pets. Some essential oils can interact with medication; consult a physician if you take any.
