Spinach is a source of vitamins A, C and K, plus folate and iron. Himalayan salt is lower in sodium than regular table salt.
Bring water to a boil, add the noodles and cook 4-5 minutes until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water. Serve in ramen soup, stir-fry or a cold noodle salad with sesame seeds.
