Shilajit from Bhutan is a resin extract sourced from the Himalayan ranges of Bhutan. This 30g jar contains Asphaltum punjabianum in natural resin form, rich in fulvic acid, minerals and organic plant compounds. It is hand-harvested and purified without additives or synthetic processing.
Usage: dissolve a pea-sized amount (about 300 mg) in warm water, herbal tea or milk and stir until dissolved. Can also be added to smoothies or tonics. Not recommended for cooking or boiling.
