Recipe idea, soybean stir-fry: rehydrate 1 cup dried soybeans according to package instructions. Saute garlic and ginger in sesame oil, add mixed vegetables and the cooked soybeans, stir in soy sauce and cook until the vegetables are tender. Serve over rice or noodles.
