Symbiosis Shilajit Powder is a Himalayan shilajit resin in powder form, naturally containing fulvic acid and trace minerals.
Ingredients: 100% pure Shilajit powder (raw Himalayan source).
- Fulvic acid: primary bioactive compound.
- Trace minerals: iron, copper, zinc, manganese, magnesium and potassium.
- Humic acid: naturally occurs alongside fulvic acid.
Suggested use: take 200mg to 500mg, about the size of a small grain of rice, twice daily with warm water, milk or tea. Do not exceed 1000mg per day. Drink plenty of water while using this product and avoid alcohol.
